All AirString mattress cores are covered under a limited manufacture warranty against all original manufacture defects for a period of ten (10) years.

The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or intentional physical damage to the AirString core and mattress. The warranty does not include covers used on the Airstring core.

FLATTENING/DEGRADATION:
During the first 3 years (36months) if any mattresses begin to degrade or flatten significantly/permanently throughout and more than 50% of the main areas of being used we will replace them at no cost. Starting the 4th year thhrough the 10th year of the airstring core warranty the user would only pay shipping and handling for the return and/or shipping of the replacement. (pictures or video recommended for replacement claims)

SUGGESTED DISINFECTANTS:

Quaternary Cleaners

Phenolic Cleaners

Chlorinated Bleach Solution (5.25% bleach diluted 1 part
bleach to 10 parts water)

70% Isopropyl Alcohol

Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide (AHP)

Procedure

The following procedure is recommended and should be followed:
1.  Using a clean,
soft, damp cloth, wipe down the entire support surface with a mild soap and
water solution to remove foreign material.

2. Wipe down the support surface with a clean, dry cloth to
remove any excess liquid or cleaning agent.

3. Care must be taken to thoroughly rinse and dry coverlets
following cleaning.

4. Disinfect with a hospital grade disinfectant AFTER
cleaning has been completed. Refer to “Suggested Disinfectants”

Cores without cover can be soaked or spayed with disinfectant solutions then rinsed with water and would be left to air dry before recovering and returning to use.
